Your order will be organised onto a route within our network, ensuring it reaches you as soon as possible. Please view the table below for the latest updated time schedule. Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or a courier. Please see below for more information.
Please note we only deliver to UK mainland. If you are outside of the UK mainland, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 3 – 7 working days but can occasionally be sooner, refer to the above table for lead times during busy periods.
If your order is large and you need it more urgently than this, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Don’t be afraid to talk to us, we are here to help you!
Once your order is ready to be delivered we will be in touch. You will receive an email from us at least 1 working days before delivery so you know when you should expect to receive it. If the day of delivery that has been assigned to you is not convenient please contact us as soon as you can. We can then attempt to re-arrange delivery for the following week so your decking arrives on a day that is more convenient for you.
If you would like to choose a specific day for your delivery we can arrange this for £120. Please contact us to arrange this.
Deliveries take place between 7 am and 8 pm on the allocated day. Our driver will contact you via telephone at least an hour before.
Our decking will be delivered on a 3.5T Sprinter vans or flatbed van. Please make sure suitable access is available to the property before ordering. We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be made due lack of access to your property.
Please make sure someone is available to assist with unloading. We don’t want to leave your composite decking in the wrong place, this is why it’s important someone is home. If you know where you would like your decking to be left, please tell us.
Curbside/front of property delivery.
The delivery is curbside only and we request that assistance is given to the driver to unload the decking. You should make sure there is enough room for one of our vans to unload your decking and enough room to place your decking in your desired location. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once it has been delivered.
If you wish to order corner trims or fascia boards we can post them to you. As these products measure 2.2m they can be posted by TNT. Delivery usually takes which takes 1-2 working days to reach you. If the order is large it will be delivered by our van fleet.
The cost of delivery is based on the amount and weight of the product you have ordered. The cost will be calculated on the cart page.
If you have ordered corner trims and fascia boards along with joists and/or decking, they will be delivered along with your joints and/or decking. We like to ensure everything you order is delivered at the same time.
Smaller items such as fasteners will be delivered by Royal Mail 24 or DPD next day delivery. This is a tracked 1 – 2 day service.
1-3 packs of fasteners will be sent with Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days delivery)
4+ packs of fasteners will be sent with DPD. (Next working day).
Customer Delivery Instructions
Upon checkout you may leave extra delivery instructions. Our drivers and contract drivers can not always meet the requests, however, they are passed onto the drivers.
On extremely rare cases a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date. This may be due to a reason such as a delivery vehicle breaking down. In such rare circumstances we will do our utter best to get the delivery to you on the same day, however, if we are not successful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification.
