Manufactured using the same eco-friendly recycled wood and plastic materials found in our uncapped composite decking, our new capped composite decking boards are then finished with a protective polymer sleeve for even more protection from the weather. We have called our extra layer Dino Shield™, and it’s the thickest, toughest polymer sleeve available in the UK today. Each side of the capped boards is wrapped in this water-resistant shell to help prevent staining, keeping your deck looking pristine. And the additional treatment won’t affect the natural beauty of the boards – the grain and finish are even more realistic than the standard boards.

While our uncapped decking boards are designed not to rot, crack, split, warp or splinter, the additional protective shell makes capped deck boards even tougher, stronger and more resilient. As well as preventing the need for expensive and time-consuming maintenance and repairs, Dino Shield™ helps to prevent the formation of mould and algae, so the surface of your deck boards remains free from tell-tale black mould marks. The polymer sleeve also helps to maintain a non-slip surface, keeping families with children safe from slips and falls and making our Premium Composite Decking ideal for use as a pool surround.

The ultra-low maintenance decking finish is wipe-clean, so it’s perfect for decks that are used for eating and drinking, as the stain-resistant surface just needs a damp cloth to remove any marks.

Our new Premium Composite Decking range is available in standard 4m boards and smaller 2.4m board lengths. The range also includes matching trims and skirting boards to complete your deck to a professional standard.
